I am using the latest RPCS3 as of Today August 7th. It MIGHT work with those versions, but if it doesn't then get the EU and make sure its updated to 1.12. Don't complain if it doesn't work and you are using the USA or some other version. This is for 1.12 (The EU version cause thats what I have). It may take several seconds for scripts to activate!
Table will Auto attach to RPCS3->Should make sure game is running if you want it to auto attach.
